Shalini Bazari is a global marketing strategist and growth advisor with over 20 years of experience helping organisations build strong brands, aligned teams, and measurable marketing performance across financial services, education, retail, and regulated industries in India, Canada, and Australia.
She has held leadership roles across banking, higher education, and institutional organisations, leading integrated marketing strategy, public relations, digital promotions, brand positioning, and performance marketing initiatives.
Shalini has worked with globally recognized institutions including BMO (Bank of Montreal), ICICI Bank, Credit Institute of Canada, and Global University Systems/ Trebas Institute, as well as premium consumer and lifestyle brands such as Montblanc, Jimmy Choo, Tommy Hilfiger, Franck Provost, and leading Indian luxury designers.
She has instructed more than 2000+ post graduate students in Digital Marketing at York University School of Continuing Education, and designed the Content Marketing course module lending to practical applications through in-class and online education.

A graduate of Narsee Monjee College of Commerce & Economics, she holds a Master of Commerce (Business Management) degree from the University of Mumbai, India. She has completed a Master of Business (Marketing) degree from the University of Queensland, Australia, and a Digital Marketing Management Certificate from the University of Toronto, Canada.
Shalini has volunteered for non-profit organizations supporting diversity & inclusion for pan Asians and animal welfare.
